CANCELLED | Due to a lack of agenda items and the inability to establish quorum, the July 8, 2026, Grimsby Downtown Business Improvement Area Board has been cancelled. The next meeting of the board will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

The Merchants of Grimsby Board holds its monthly meeting on the second Wednesday of each month. These meetings are open to board members and are an opportunity to discuss ongoing initiatives, upcoming events, and matters related to supporting local businesses in Grimsby.
